Who handles the data

Oleksandr Korniienko, the owner of korndev.net. You can reach me on Telegram or by phone at +380 98 844 60 86.

What data I receive

Only what you enter in the inquiry form: your name, how to reach you (a phone number or a username) and your message.

The form does not ask for an email, an address or payment details.

Why I need this data

To reply to your request and discuss your project. I do not use this data for advertising and do not send newsletters.

Legal basis

Your consent. You give it when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time: message me and I will delete your request.

Where the data is stored

A copy of your request is stored in the site’s database on my server. A notification about the request reaches me on Telegram.

Telegram processes messages under its own privacy policy.

Who I share the data with

No one. I do not sell or share your data with other people or companies. The only exception is when the law requires it.

How long the data is kept

As long as it is needed to reply to your request and fulfill our agreements. After that, or at your request, I delete it.

Your rights

You can find out what data I hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. To do so, message me on Telegram or call +380 98 844 60 86.
